NQS was delivered to NASA as part of the contract, and Cray adopted it as their standard RJE mechanism for UNICOS (their port of UNIX System V). The author was Brent Kingsbury, who has since joined Cray in Mendota Heights, MN, where he is continuing to work on NQS. I don't have an electronic address for Brent, but Cray should certainly be in the Mendota Heights phone book [ :-) ]. It's a good system; Brent did a hell of a job.
