The TCP window problem in Sun 3.4 has been patched by Sun.  The problem
was that it was possible to get a negative window size which some
hosts, such as Tops-20, would hang the connection. 

The Sun bug fix ID is unix/3.4/kernel/tcp.seq.  The bug report
number was 1006132 and it was fixed in 3.4.2.  It is available
via anonymous FTP from several places.
