A BOOTP server for 4.x BSD is available via anonymous FTP from 
lancaster.andrew.cmu.edu.  "cd" to directory "pub" and get bootp.tar in binary 
mode.  The server is a slightly improved version of Bill Croft's (Stanford) 
original code.
