Hi -

     Is there a file which exhaustively lists *all* the valid top-level
domains?  PANDA.COM is now running a fully domainized mailsystem.  It isn't
directly on the network, so its resolver loads a zone file filled with entries
such as:
	*.EDU IN MX 10 <relay>
plus all the exceptions that get relayed through other means.  I got all the
US domains (EDU, COM, ORG, etc.) plus a few of the international domains, but
I'm looking for a complete list.
