The mods to PC/IP that I mentioned a couple of weeks ago are
finally available.  My apologies for the delay: anonymous ftp
was broken on that host for the longest time.

The mods are: fragmentation and reassembly support for the CMU
release, as well as drivers for the SMC, PDI, and Datapoint
ARCnet PC interfaces.  Some of the changes are ARCnet specific,
others are fragmentation related.  Diff them to understand.

To get this, ftp to gmu90x.gmu.edu, and cd into pub.  There
you will find a pcip.tar that includes the modified files only.
If you take this software, please send me mail, so I can notify
you about bug fixes, etc.
