It seems to work just great after applying the necessary 4.3 patches. I do have 2 complaints and maybe someone already has fixes. First when I type ^U or M-number and I type ^A ^K or some such the argument is still intact. Therefore when I type the next character I get x number of them. I would rather have certain commands reset the argument to 1. Second, when I type ^C on the command line, I get 2 prompts echoed rather than one. Anyone have a fix for these minor annoyances. The solution to the first should be settable one way or the other base on a shell variable or some like that. geoff
