On line 757 in starchart.c there 's a small bug which
make starchart not run on apollo's.

Because variables ra de and sc are doubles, the sscanf statement
should be:

sscanf(cbuf, "%*5s%lf%lf%lf %[^\n]", &ra, &de, &sc, legend);
