I recommend that you not make it the default, just edit the file to use it instead when you want to make a final print. Also, the posted version is not great. A better version is: /lshow {true charpath gsave 1 setgray 1 setlinewidth stroke grestore fill} def I recommend that you edit starpost.c accordingly. There are more changes in the works; if you use postscript and have suggestions or ideas, please write to me before putting any work into it.
