I have used a product known as PC Anywhere with great success. This program is 
a product of Dynamic Microprocessor Associates, Inc. and is distributed by
       EDK Computer Corp.

The program available for about $100.00 or less is able to handle the 
functions you request and alot of nice add-ons are included. The program
has software for both ends and is easy to install and to use.
