        I asked the Operator our 3B2 (running Sys V 2.0.4) about unsqueezing
these .SHQ files, and he said he'd never heard of it.  Is this a public-domain
utility, or is it a part of some Unices???  I have a Vax/VMS YModem program
I'd like to use on our VAX, but I can find no way to extract the file (The
VAX op says that there is nothing like a shell-archive program in the
catalogues for VMS).
