Does anyone have a dialer for a Courier 2400?  My hayes_1200 dialer can't
cope with extended result codes and it dies if quiet is on.

P.S.  I'm using Interactive's PC/IX on an XT, if it matters.  It seems to be
V7 compatible for the most part.
