I'm looking for a German to English dictionary, program, database
or whatever,  I'll take what I can get.

The idea is to make it a little easier and faster to read German
texts without constantly digging through a paper dictionary to
look up the hard words.

Is anyone aware of anything like this?  I've seen a 26-language
dictionary available from someone on disk, but it only handles
1000 words for each language.
