I go the CD arc file that came over comp.binaries, but alas, it
doesn't work with the 1.0 version of ConMan, and I will NOT give
up ConMan.  Anyone told Bill Hawes about this inCONpatibility?
Sure would love to have both...Again, maybe we can get the
source to ARPs 'cd' command and use that...
