It's not a trivial task to recover just one file ... well, it IS trivial, but if you have one file messed up chances are very VERY good that something else is wrong. Just fixing the original file won't fix the disk. You can sort of recover a file using Sectorama, using the Write to File option. You have to know a lot about the innards of the FS though.
