Remember that in Japan there are individuals who control much more capital than there (oops, their) counterparts here. They operate on a longer range plan than we. Surely there are any number of feasable solutions to unfair trade practices if one studies the issues and acts upon them as a whole, rather than using the symptom-by-symptom approach our government seems incapable of surpassing.
