We tested it in the dealership and found that it wouldn't guru. I remembered reports of such units so we picked up another one that would. The others in the showroom could guru also. I wonder why there are these units that do not like to meditate. We also discovered that the new keyboards (large function keys) would miss the first character typed after warm boots and does not have n-key rollover whereas the older ones (small function keys) worked fine. My friend picked the newer one, however, because the feel is much better. I have informed her about getting the keyboard fixed under warranty. Again, I wonder why there is a batch of keyboards like that. -- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chong Soo (Amiga nut) soo@beach.cis.ufl.edu ARPANET/INTERNET soo%ufcsg.ufl.edu@relay.cs.net BITNET soo%ufcsg.ufl.edu%relay.cs.net@wiscvm
