I'm having a devil of a time getting 'rn' running on our
Apollo network.  The active file stays locked for as
long as someone is running 'rn'.  If a process running
rn gets wedged, nobody can read news, and new news doesn't
get posted.   Has anyone successfully fixed this problem,
and can I get a copy of the required changes?
