I am looking for hardware for the Apple II+.  Can anyone help me?
 
I am looking for the Videx keyboard enhancer.  It is an alternative plug-in
card that turns the Apple II+ keyboard into macros and self-repeating keys.
  
I am also looking for the Mountain Hardware expansion box.  This box had an
additional seven slots that could be piggy-backed on to the original Apple
mother-board.
