I saw that too, BUT only part of the program (the I/O interface) is in
16 bit code (that's not too helpful).  A full 16-bit implementation
would lead to MUCH improved spreadsheet recalcs, data base sorts, and
word processor replacing (Weishaar's editorial comments after Brandt's
letter also are worth the reading).
