The INTERACT magezine, as noted, is a publication of the INTEREX users group.
I was under the assumtion that any account with primary software support
(even Responce Center Support) get the SSB, magezine, etc.). When I get back
to the office on Monday, I will look into it for you and advise. It may be
that SOMEONE in your office gets this stuff, butit misses you somehow. Usually,
the one who gets the stuff is the one listed as the system manager or primary
contact for PICS calls at the Responce Center.

As far as support goes, the mazezine is supplied as a service, and is not
supported by HP , nor are any articles written therein supported. It is
a USERs GROUP puplication. You will find many other vendors listed, and
some articles have been sharply critical of HP, but personally I find
it a fine publicaion.

The RC Q & A's, the SSB's, and Application notes however, ARE official
MPE documents and ARE supported.


Look for the documents at your office, and I will check into the
mechanism by which you should be getting them for you.
