This message is advance notice that you should soon be able to find
the binary file for PKARC and PKXARC posted to comp.binaries.ibm.pc.
It will be posted in three parts.  You should concatenate the parts
and uudecode the resulting large file.

For those that don't know, PKARC and PKXARC are fast-executing
replacements for ARC.  ARC is for file compression and packaging.
These programs are useful for those that use IBM PC's.  They will
make "arc" files that can be extracted by any ARC compatible
programs, which are available for many other operating systems,
such as Unix, Amiga, Atari.

Again, the binary will be posted in THREE (3) parts.
