What I have noticed and what I believe is that someone out there in net
land managed to alias his comp.binaries.ibm.pc file over to comp.sys.ibm.pc
as the moderator was taken out. From there, the message managed to propogate
outland again in another news group.

I have seen this happen before, but do not know if this is the case in this
specific instance... Just something for someone else with time to go out
and look for...
