Time out!  I check the creation dates and for version 2.7 they were (15 Dec 87)
while for version 2.8 they are (6 Dec 87) for UUDECODE.COM and (5 Dec 87) for
UUENCODE.COM.

What goes, here?  I am ALWAYS very leery when an "update" has an earlier 
creation date that the previous version . . . agreed?
