  I believe a mis-understanding may have happened here.  I think
  Harry Skelton's message to comp.sys.ibm.pc was merely an FYI
  to this group.  (Cross-posted)  

  I do not believe he is advocating moderation of this newsgroup,
  only of the binaries group.

  Comp.sys.ibm.pc should not be a moderated group in any event,
  as it is a open forum for the discussion of a myriad of ibm-pc 
  related topics.

  Just my $.02 worth.
