Thanks. Yes, I have bought two Epson printers from S&W in the past six weeks. Both were delivered within one week of my telephone order, and worked correctly out of the box. A word of caution, however. Know what you're buying! When I ordered an Epson EX-1000, I asked the salesman if the tractor-feed was included. He told me it was a $59 option. When the printer arrived, it became very obvious that the tractor feed, on that model, is built-in, and is not optional. I called S & W and complained that I should not have been charged extra for it, and they agreed to credit the charge-card account I'd used when paying for it.
