With all the requests for corrupted TechNotes files, I wanted to put it in
perspective.  All except tn169 came through uncorrupted at my site.  This
implies that the posting was fine, only the datacomm got munged.

Perhaps the reason for all the noise is due to the large number of files
posted at once with a couple bad.  I don't really think that the failure rate
has changed, just gotten more obvoius due to the instantaneous magnitude of
the problem.
