I believe it was from Southworth, or whichever company produces MIDI Paint. This program (can't remember the name exactly. Maybe "One Step"?) was a cheap sequencer program that apparently was a simplified version of MIDI Paint for people who didn't need something so powerful (or expensive :-) Anyway, it was running on a Mac II and was using color for various things. It looked nice. It might be reasonable to assume that there is also now a version of MIDI Paint available in color for the Mac II, but I can't say for sure. Sorry to be so vague, but my memory is failing me nowadays. Anyone doing MIDI on their Mac should be able to confirm all this stuff. /+--_--------------------------------------+----------------------+ ||-/-\:-- Neil Weinstock ------------------|- ...!codas!cord!nsw -| < |---/--- AT&T Bell Labs, Liberty Corner --|---------- or --------| ||--/---- DISCLAIMER: blah blah, etc. -----|-- nsw@cord.att.com --| \+-----------------------------------------+----------------------+
