I just bought a Midi eqipped synthesizer to go with my Mac II.  The next step
is to find software to run it and a Midi cable with which to connect the
synth to the computer.

I would appreciate advice from anyone else who has used a Mac II with Midi.  I
heard a rumor that apple is soon to release a midi expansion card.  Is this
true?  Will existing Midi software be able to use it?

P.S.  I am not financially capable of purchasing one of these professional
level Music systems that seem to be targeted to Michael Jackson-level users.
I'd just like to make some music...
