For those of you with time-critical applications, remember to set your
time servers forward this year, as 1987 has a leap-second. Also, note that
the leap-second is being observed on a time-zone basis (New-york is going
to be 3 hours and one second ahead of LA for 3 hours), so if your applications
are dealing with processors across time zones then things are gonna get
really wierd...
