I have a problem and I was wondering if anyone has done this before.
What I want to do is from my d-machine start up a process on a vms
vax (with some information from the d-machine), and have some files created
as a result passed back from the vax to the dmachine.  Has anyone done
something like this already?  I am told I need to write code emulating
FTP under TCP/IP on BOTH the VAX and the dmachine.  The vax code can be
done in any language, but the dmachine must be done in interlisp.

I appreciate any information you can give me.
