A V.2 site I consult for just got a DEC LN03.  They didn't bother to
ask if there was any nroff/troff software available, they just bought
it.  So, here I am trying to find out what's out there to make the LN03
do nice things (like bold, underline, etc.) for nroff, and perhaps even
more for troff. They didn't get any extra font cartridges.  This is a
UNIX binary only site, so I (apparently) don't have access to nroff
device tables.  Is there public domain System V nroff/troff software
for the LN03?
