Summary: Please send info on how to use uucp via PCP

Recently several articles indicated that people were using  Telenet's PC
Pursuit service to make uucp connections in distant places. Could someone
please post (or e-mail) instructions on how to do that, including a sample
L.sys entry, and info on WHEN such connections are most likely to succeed
(i.e. I don't think there's much chance during early evening CST :-)).

My attempts so far have been unsuccessful.
