I want to map the Ctrl-LeftArrow and Ctrl-RightArrow keys to send an
ANSI string for microEMACS.  The documentation for 'mapkey' is a little
vague on how this may be accomplished.  Currently, it looks as though
any Ctrl-keypad combination will kick the keypad into temporary NumLock
mode, i.e Ctrl-RightArrow returns '6'.

Anyone have any suggestions?
