A week or so ago I posted an article about non-local messages broadcast
when the checkgroups script was run (sorry, no reference - the article has
expired here). The problem was our "sys" file. I didn't realize that "all"
in a neighbor's "sys" line would match all distributions (as well as
newsgroups)...
