Thanks Jay...it's always nice to be remembered!

I too was once a backbone administrator (akgua), but fortunately I've
been able to move on to another plane of existence.

I also had many opportunities of working with Gene, (as well as the
honor and pleasure of attending his wedding and he mine).  It still
surprises me that he continues to do all that he does in the face of
the grief he gets.  The job he does is quite valuable to the net, and I
have yet to see anyone else volunteering to take it on.
