I understood him to be suggesting the deletion of the two most expensive *PER USER* newsgroups -- in other words, newgroups with large volume and few readers. Comp.sys.amiga wouldn't fit this description, as it has a large readership. Must we have this constant bickering in news.*? I thought that's what alt.flame is for!
