I am having a bit of a problem compiling news2.11 patchlevel 14.  When make
goes to link inews together there is an undefined symbol in inews.o (and
several other files) mkdir.  It appears to be a system call, but my system
doesn't have such a thing (according to the manuals).  I'm running SysV 2.0.4 on
a 3B2/400 running SysV 2.0.4 using version 3.1 of the C compiler. Any help 
would be great.
