I would like to collect a census of High Speed Modem Sites on the Net.

There is a growing number of 9600 BPS + Modems Of the USR, TELEBIT and 
Hayes Flavors.  I would like to begin to collect a database of sites which
can support news/mail/anon uucp archive requests through these devices.

I hope to be able to publish this list for those sites which may be able
to cooperate to form higher speed sub-nets to try ad reduce usenet/mail
operating costs.
