The articles from new@killer and bitch@chinet were not forgeries, but rather
authentic articles from not-so-authentic accounts. new@killer was a breakin
on that account - I do now know this as a fact personally, but I am acquainted
with the administrator of killer. bitch@chinet was a real user - chinet runs
software which will automatically create an account for anybody who bothers to
call. bitch then walked through a loophole in the system's news posting
security.
