All this talk about Terry Waite and NSA satellites forgets that NSA is
in the electronic intelligence business, not the picture taking
business. The latter is the CIA's and NRO's domain.

Chances are that the news report was based on some intercepted
electronic communication (e.g., mobile radio, microwave telephone link)
having to do with Waite.

Perhaps the NSA should start an agressive campaign to export cellular
telephone systems to countries like Lebanon. :-)
