Hello,
I'm looking to get an aquarium (had one as a kid, now this newsgroup's 
got me started again) but I can't spend gobs of money--even if
I could, there is a dearth of local fish-stores.  So, what about the
Hartz-Mountain starter sets, which are available here?  Are they really
decent for an aquarium?  If not, what's the minimum recommended 'quality
level' for a freshwater setup?
