You can pick these up in a discount store for a couple bucks. The advantage over something like a mayonaise jar is that they have a lot of surface area. The disadvantage is that they can be difficult to filter or heat, since they are so shallow. I usually made a small hole in the plastic cover to run an airhose in, and put a bubbler in the box.
