How about relative volume?  Unless you are a regular user of comp.sources.bugs,
you don't really have any right to declare a volume *relative* *to* *the*
*newsgroup* *in* *question* as being "too small".  Unless you've been elevated
to Spaf's position, which I find unlikely.

The fact that a root account is likely to be better protected than user
accounts tends to make votes sent from root accounts (a) less likely to be
fraudulent -- although this is arguable, given the security of Usenet in
general (as you yourself proved a few months ago when you wontonly stomped on
some moderators) -- and (b) more likely to be from a sysadmin, who is in turn
more likely to have thought over the ramifications of increasing the news load
on his/her system.

Or am I to believe that you would declare the systems security mailing list
subscription process to be invalid and worthless because it requires potential
subscribers to send mail from root?  (I suppose security is just as evil as
moderation, eh?  Will you still believe that if someone deletes your files from
your machine?)
