I believe you are right.  I was about to start up an article
discussing changing things from "Legless Gene" to "Armless Gene"
basically which would remove his ability to post, but then I ventured
a guess that Gene doesn't touch-type, but instead uses the
"hunt-and-pecker" method to enter his articles, so I saw that cutting
off his arms wouldn't be of much good.

One of Gene's favorite net.scare tactics is to make fun of you by
making up some pet name for you when he wants to flame - Captain
Carnage is a name that comes to mind...I bet he'd probably gearing up
to start a "Fred Gwinn" campaign against you...

MAybe if we ignore him, he'll go away (presuming that he hasn't died
already from eating Booter's shit so long ago...(I presume that
Matther Weiner shared the stuff he got from her))
