Can anyone send me documentation/correspondance regarding the System V inode bug
that was reported here?

I know what the bug is, why it is caused, etc.  It is even fixed on our system.

I just need documented proof of it's existence.  Reports from those who have
come across it, reports from those who have fixed it, etc.

Anything would be appreciated.
