Does anybody know of a portable compiler/front end for COBOL 85?

In particular, I am looking for the following information

  1.  The language the product is written in.
      
  2.  The level of COBOL that is supported.
  
  3.  Operating system support required to support the COBOL
      runtime environment.
  
  4.  Machines on which the product has been ported.
  
  5.  The time required to do the port.
  
  6.  Cost of the product.
