Keywords: NTSC, frame buffer Message-ID: <803@daisy.UUCP> Date: 19 Jan 88 22:18:43 GMT Organization: Daisy Systems, Mt. View, CA Lines: 19 Recently, several articles have been posted regarding high resolution frame buffers for the IBM-PC bus standard. I need a low resolution, lower-cost frame buffer with NTSC output (NOT RGB), compatible with the IBM PC-AT bus. The Truevision VISTA and TARGA boards and the Everex Vision board have been mentioned, but they cost many thousands of dollars and include frame grabbers. I don't need the frame grabber nor lots of deep pixels-- 256 x 256 x 8 is plenty. I am willing to pay extra for a graphics co-processor & its software. Any ideas? -- David Schachter daisy!david or well!davids #include disclaimer "The shuttlecraft bay doors are opening, Mr. Spock." "Close them, Mr. Sulu." "Too late, Mr. Spock."
