Lines: 14 Summary: Is there any programming support? While shopping for an 80386 clone I noticed some Genoa SuperEGA video board clones. These board can display 800x600 (580) pixels on a multisync monitor. Unfortunately the limited documentation didn't indicate how to program the board, nor how compatible it was to standard EGA or VGA modes. If these higher resolution modes can only be used for AutoCad, Ventura, Windows, GEM and Lotus 123, the extra cost seems excessive. Can anyone provide more information on these higher resolution EGA boards? Thanks. Alex Woo woo@pioneer.arc.nasa.gov
