The information I have received on HCCA3 indicates that regular 
registration is $150 and student registration is $50. Regular 
registration includes the dinner. It is $15 extra for students.
The conference is January 19-20 at the Pasadena Convention Center.
There is a tour at JPL on January 21.

I got my registration information and the conference program by
calling JPL at (818) 354-6323 and asking about HCCA3. The secretary
was very helpful.
