I don't know much about VM, but it seems to me that there's no problem running a 338K program under CMS. If you need it (and it sounds like some people do), I suggest that a SHARE requirement be submitted to IBM. Just write the business care carefully -- why do you need it, and how will it benefit IBM to do it. It shouldn't be too hard for IBM (they have the source!) to create a CMS version out of the standalone version of dsf. /Leonard
